This type of system is generally the most cost-effective and simplest to own and maintain. Effluent exits the septic tank by means of gravity, it is then distributed to the laterals (Infiltrator chambers, EZFlow, ATL) by either a distribution box or manifold. This type of system may be used if there is no presence of a limiting layer in the soil.

This type of system is similar to the standard septic drain field but utilizes an Aerobic Treatment Unit style tank. These special tanks create a much cleaner effluent and allow us to install a system in soil that is too poor for a standard system. Effluent may be distributed through subsurface laterals (Infiltrator chambers, EZFlow, NPDES discharge)

This system utilizes a standard septic tank, the effluent is then dumped into a smaller tank with a submersible pump similar to a sump pump (lift station). This system is great for existing septic tanks that are too deep in the ground for gravity laterals. This type of system is also used in new construction when limiting layers are a factor. With a lift station, the drain field can be located practically anywhere on the property. The effluent can be dosed to (Infiltrator chambers, EZFlow, ATL)

This system takes the benefits of an ATU and matches them with the benefits of a lift station. This combo is used when a home has poor soil, high water table, and or a tight lot with many obstacles.

We install Tuf-Tite risers on new and existing septic systems, these lids will bring your access to grade so no digging is required to service the septic tank.

Filters are installed on new and existing tanks to block solid waste from entering your drain field or lift station, these require cleaning and must have an access riser before installation.

We install OEM grade aerators on all systems (Hydro action, AquaSafe, Delta, Norweco, JET, Clearstream, Nayadic, Multiflo) *registered names*

Replacement of old lift station pumps, including sewage ejector pumps, effluent pumps, grinder pumps for residential or commercial.

We can replace your old corroded alarm/control panels with new water tight enclosures that meet the current electrical code.

Septic tanks have a baffle on the inlet and outlet side of the tank, this is generally a concrete partition that deflects water on the inlet side, and blocks solids from entering the drain field on the outlet side. Over time these wear down and must be replaced, we install high quality PVC T’s to insure your system will continue to function properly.

We can have a new concrete lid poured with modern risers cast in to replace a cracked or damaged lid. Not all damaged tanks are good candidates though if the walls of the tank are cracked we would suggest a whole new tank.

If your main line is old and damaged or full of roots we can dig it up and replace from the house to the tank with modern schedule 40 PVC and a clean out for future service work.

If your inlet line is modern PVC but doesn’t need completely replaced we can dig down and install just the 2-way clean out with at grade access.

If your system has a deteriorated concrete D-box we can locate it, dig down and replace it with a modern plastic unit that has an access riser for future maintenance.

If your drain field is working properly and you have the design plans for the system we can replace an entire tank without installing new drain field. Generally, an entirely new system is installed because of lateral issues though.
